If you go to MNSSHP the day you check in and your room is not ready until 4 but you want to be at the party at 4 can bell services deliver your bags to your room while you're at the party? That way when you arrive at the resort after midnight you can go straight to your room.

If your villa is not yet ready when you check in, the Bell Staff will store your luggage (and also persihables, if any) until you are physically able to get in to the villa. If you are using ME, they will deliver the bags to the villa for you but otherwise, you will need to be in the room to accept the bags.

Depending on when you arrive, your villa could be ready for you.

Good luck! :)

You can learn of room number and have keys activated while you are away. At check in just leave them your cell number to call or text to provide room number. Or you can just call later and learn of room number. When you return after midnight, just go directly to room and call luggage service and they will bring bags to room. They do have people to do that after midnight. Wait for bags to come is usually quite short at that time of the day.

On our recent trip in June and our room was not ready. We went to the parks and returned later when we got the text our room was available. When we arrived our luggage was already in the room. We only had to call for our grocery delivery which they brought within a few minutes. We took ME and were at a THV, not sure if that mattered.

Thanks for the responses. This is for a friend who is going in October. I'm pretty sure she will get her room before 4 at this time of the year, but you never know. They will not be using ME. In fact, now that I think about it, they will probably be driving to MNSSHP, so it would be just as quick to just grab an overnight bag and head to their room.

October is one of the highest occupancy times for DVC and BLT is often sold out for the whole month. In addition, BLT seems to have one of the worst track records of having rooms ready before 4:00. I would just have them plan on not having the room before the party. They can either stop for their bags or have them sent up when they get back. If their room *is* ready early it will be a happy surprise.

With ME they will deliver your bags directly to your room. Otherwise you will need to go to Bell Services and drop off your bags and call them to deliver once you get in your room.

We stayed at BLT in a one bedroom last October and didn't get our text message until after 4PM.

They will be staying in Jambo House in a standard studio. Hopefully they will be able to get a room before 4, but I'll tell them not to plan on it. Thanks for the responses!
