Soooo..if staff are picking rooms at random, what's the point of writing in?

I honestly do not think it matters, but who knows, thats my opinion.

My guess is that it's the automated reply so they can say they DO reply within 24 hours. I suppose they've had a problem with people waiting in rooms using the Call for Help button in game to get attention, and this is a way to discourage that. I would rather they spend their time looking at real help calls then squeeky wheels looking for free stuff.
