Can anyone tell me in the layout of the dedicated handicapped room at SSR is the same as VB. they look a bit different on the disney website

We have stayed in an accessible 2BR lockout at VB. Are there dedicated ones?

We've also had 2 BR accessible lockouts at BCV which seem to have the same room layout as SSR. And there is a difference. The VB rooms are roomier and easier to manuever around. Do you also have a dedicated unit for sure at SSR? The reason I ask is I know BCV has no dedicated accessible 2BR. Of course, it is a much smaller resort than SSR.

Sorry I wasn't much help. Hope someone can come along who knows more.

the home we were shown on the tour was a 2 bedroom fully accessable dedicated :confused3

Cool. I wasn't doubting you just asking for future reference. And SSR is so much bigger than BCV that it makes sense that there are more options there.

Did you already book and were you guaranteed the dedicated rooms at both?

I know I've been no help to you and instead am just asking questions but it is of interest to me too. :sunny:

Hope someone who has had a dedicated accessible 2BR at either resort sees this and helps you. :wizard:

oh no worries I knew you weren't doubting me. I thought the fully accessable ones were dedicated like we were shown so the mystery goes on :rotfl: I felt looking at the VB ones there was more privacy i.e. when we were shown the ones at SSR you had to go throught the living room to get to the second bedroom and the VB laylout looked like both bedrooms were of the hallway. that would mean we could have the second bedroom (my Mum and Dad want us to have the bedroom at least for a couple of nights) and wouldn't disturb them if we had to get our son in the night. whereas the one is SSR we would have had to pass the sofa bed to get to him.

if nobody gets back to us I will let you know in a fortnight :thumbsup2

Well, I am reasonably sure the situation will be as you described, lockout or dedicated. That would be great if you could report back. :sunny:

Have a great holiday! :cool1:
