room keys

does everyone in the room get their own keys? kids included, or can the be requested? my kids are 13 & 11

Any one 3 and older will need to be registered to the room and they will get a room key with or without charging privileges as you choose. If they don't have a room ID, they will not be allowed to enter for morning EMH or get a wristband for evening EMH. Carry your smaller kids' room ID so they won't have a chance to lose it.
