Room keys and charges

Can you attach a different credit card to two different cards to the room keys. We have a friend coming and she wants to use the card to make purchases but wants it to be charged to her credit card rather than the one we book the room with???

I don't believe so, but you can make her key a non charging key, so purchases cannot be charged. Then she could jut use her CC to make ourchases and things wouldn't get confused and accidently mixed up etc...

I know you can change credit cards if you need to but I don't think you can give each key its own credit card.

Honestly, your best bet would be to give your hotel a quick ring and see what they say!

The answer was no as recently as December. My friend and I were in the same room, but only one credit card could be used with a room key.
