room key charging

does everyones room key have to have charging privleges. if i am bringing a friend can i make her key not having charging abilty, but the rest of my family be able to charge. if so can i do it on online checkin or do i have to do it at front desk. thanks

You can specify which keys have charging privileges.

If that is your intent, do NOT do online check in. It's all or none for that process and it will take additional time at the front desk to redo all the keys.

Better to just explain what you want at the front desk when you check in.
