room key---charging privleges?

We are staying at the HRH. Can you use your room key to charge all food and other purchases like you do at WDW? What about at Citywalk? Can the kids use it too? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can use your room key at citywalk and both parks and other hotels at there resturants. The kids can have a card and you can choose a spending limit on there cards. Have a great trip.
