Room key as park ticket at Dolphin

We are staying at the Dolphin in August and although it isn't a Disney-owned hotel I wondered if we get our park tickets when we arrive if they're the same as our room key like at other Disney resorts.
I would much prefer my park ticket/room key combo but if not, I'll get the tickets before I go.

Swan & Dolphin are not Disney resorts. Your tickets cannot be put on the resort ID there.

confussed.....the dolphin and the swan are not owned by Disney? Wow i something new every day on this board.

Yup. Disney owns the land, but not the buildings or the hotel operations. The folks at the Swolphin have made arrangements with Disney to offer some of the Disney guest amenities to Swolphin guests, but not all of the amenities.
