Where can I find diagrams/ sizes, etc. about the various rooms? In particular, I am interested in BWV of BCV.

Try the DVC site:

Select a resort and click on the "Accommodations and Amenities" link. You will see details on the resort itself and links to room layouts.

Rooms at BCV and BWV are virtually identical.

Thanks! Any idea on the square footage of the studio rooms and BWV or BCV? Are they similar to standard rooms at BW or BC?
