Room for 5?

I'm planning a trip for February, and considering renting points to stay in a DVC room. Do any of the DVC resorts have rooms that sleep 5? OKW has rooms for "4 or 5," but I don't know if those are the DVC rooms. NO - I don't want to get a suite that sleeps 8; I want to save that money for other aspects of the trip.

Part 2 - I know what the 'official' answer is, but what is the 'real' answer in practice . . . If I get a studio for 4, but have the 5th person in the room . . . uhm . . . any real problem?

I thought there is 1 resort that sleeps 5 legit...where the heck is that? The Unofficial Guide has the room diagrams and there is one that holds 5 adults. I think its a Mod.

As for DVC - I saw people with 5 in a studio - but the 5th was a baby...

DVC Occupancy is a hotly debated topic on these boards, and is only allowed in the thread listed below.

Official policy: Studio & One Bedroom 4 plus a child under age 3, Two bedroom 8 plus child under 3, Grand Villa 12 plus child under 3. Member Services has been allowing 5 of any age in one bedroom units, not studios. DVC will not proved a roll away bed or cot, or any additional linens.
