Room discount Oct. 4-12th

I know we are going to miss FD this year. Total bummer, had gotten used to getting FD for past several years! Does anyone know if I have a good chance at a room discount for dates Oct 4-12? I would really love any advice from discount pros

Doubt it specially for deluxe. Gartner this year is held oct 6-10. Although conference is held in BC/YC and dolphin/swan, many rooms are booked at all deluxe. 5k attendees plus families. Then you have food and wine and Columbus Day when many schools are out.
