When my son had his birthday last year, we decided against doing a ton of decorating (didn't want to mess with it and figured we would have a special cake for him at dinner). My husband, in passing conversation told our room steward that it was our son's birthday that day. When we got back on board from our port adventure, our steward had done the best towel origami--a triple-decker birthday cake tied up in ribbon and "decorated" and poster of donald on the aqauduck (which I just recently found out is one of the lithographs that apparently get handed out occasionally). It was so touching and unexpected since we in no way meant for him to do anything, we had just mentioned it in our plan for the day. We absolutely loved our steward (just wish I could remember his name)!
