Hello! We are booked in a room with a King size Bed at the Yacht Club 9-29-02 thru 10-05-02. We are going to Celebrate our 1 year of Marriage! We didn't have that great of a Honeymoon so we really want to make this special! I'm interested in getting maybe a better room then we normally would get but don't want to cut my arm and leg off for it.. What do you recommend? Now i'm willing to spend more then normal but not over the top.. thanks for you help!:D

I can't wait!:bounce:

Wel you can request or reserve a water view room. The view from the Yacht Club would be Cresent lake and the Boardwalk area. You can also go "concierge" which gives you access to a private floor and food throughout the day. They serve an assortment of breakfast items in the mornings, snack items throughout the afternoon, appetizers in the evening and I beleive dessert and cordials at night. You should also make a note on your reservation that you are celebrating your one year anniversary. Even if you don't book the "better" room, SOMETIMES (and I stress sometimes) complimentary upgrades abound. But don't hold your breath........I've never gotten a comp. So I always book what I want if I can afford it.

I think a water view room will be lovely and romantic. Besides, to truly get your money's worth in concierge, you have to be there all day to eat. I'd rather have a water view room and eat at all the great restaurants in WDW!!!!!!!!

Hope this was helpful!

This is great thanks! I'm going to call and request the water view.
I think it's going to awesome to have a balcony to sit on and see the boardwalk. Thanks Again
