If I request a certain view which is not available at check - in, can I request to pay the $25 fee and move the next day if it becomes available?

Yes, although your request may not be granted.

The "room change" fee varies depending on the size of your villa. You have to pay for a full cleaning. Here are the current charges (copied from the Members' Website):

Additional Full Cleaning Rates:
Studio/Inn Room - $30.00 per day requested
One-Bedroom - $45.00 per day requested
Two-Bedroom - $60.00 per day requested
Three-Bedroom - $75.00 per day requested
