Room card

Has anyone lost their room card? Is it easy to get replaced?

Yes, just go to the front desk.

this happened to us and everyone in our room had to turn in their room keys to be deactivated and then they gave us all new ones.

Lost mine once on the first loop of the Hulk....fell right of my pocket. Boat ride back to the HRH for a replacement and then the ride back to the park chipped away at my park time that day.

Yep, but your old card will be de-activated, so no passing on the old one for someone else to use Express Pass. They sometimes scan the card on the big rides. I would guess they will be doing this with the Harry Potter ride since we are limited to once a day.

I wondered how they stopped that from happening.....now last year we never had them scan a card but since I was expecting I really didn't get on any of the big rides. They just looked at our cards and then wavied us on I expect that when it is busier they might scan cards more often...I saw they scan the express tickets when were there.
