i booked my hotel through disney with a AAA rate. i booked my park passes also through disney but not as a package b/c of the AAA rate. Will my park park hopper passes still be included on my room card/key?

In general, any ticket purchased outside of a package is completely separate. You should be immediately charged for it and it will be sent to you as a separate transaction, just as if you had no package at all. You can opt for the will call option and save the $3 if you'd like.

But you will still be able to have it put on your resort ID when you arrive. Just present the separate ticket to them and they will encode it onto your ID. They couldn't do that in the recent past but they can now.

what scares me is the fact evertime i call disney they have a hard time finding my ticket purchase in the computer. nothing has been sent to me. and i purchased them in early may.

disneyobsessed--I think I understand what you are asking. We stayed at the Pop Century last month with a AAA rate, too. No package but we did purchase tickets separtely at the same time that we made the reservation. We picked up our tickets/room key upon check in. I guess you could have them sent to you beforehand but we chose not to do that.
