room card/charging privileges...maybe someone can help with a few questions I have

I have a few questions regarding kttw cards that I thought maybe you experienced cruisers might be able to help me with.
I have two rooms booked right next to eachother for our upcoming cruise. MY DH and I will be in one, and my DS(14) DD(16), Niece (17) and Nephew (14) will be in the other. On paper, it has myself, my niece, & Nephew in one room, and my DH, son and daughter in the other. I would like to have acess to the room that the "teens" are in, and have my DH's key be able to open the door that we will be..will I be able to do this??
Also, since I'm the "banker" in the family, I would also like to have anything that is charged, be charged to one room only, making it
alittle easy to keep track..will I able to do this also?? Let Me know what you think, and thanks again for all the very useful info I have learned here on these boards

First of all, yes, they will issue you a "blank" key card for the kids' room. THey know that the way the cabin is technically booked is not the way it is "slept"...happens all the time, and mom gets an extra key to the kiddo room just by asking for it. Ditto, they will issue one "blank" key to your room.

Each KTTW card generates it's own account and will be printed out separately. THey can (and are unless you specify otherwise) all charged to the master credit card on the cabin. That is the card that will be used to pay off the account. You do have the option of tying each KTTW to a different credit card/method of payment if desired, but to do this, you will have to specify that on check in.

You will get an account statement for each room, but it will tilt to one card? Make sense?

Total Z
Applied to Visa
Balance $0

Separate sheet of paper
Room D DS $Q (itemized)
DD $U (itemized)
DN $K (itemized)

HOpe this makes sense....you will be able to see exactly what each person has charged, each individual's total, and the room total.
