Room Block Question

We are scheduled to get married at WP on 10/4/2010. We had already booked all of our guests rooms, and 5 out of the 6 rooms are already paid for.
Question: One of my guests is not going to be able to make the trip So am I able to take away a room from the block/cancel? Or am I still responsible for payment on this room?

A certain time before the wedding you can decrease the room block, so I think you will be okay, just ask.
