Room Block Question

When I send in the info for the room block, am I supposed to include the extra 20% of the rooms in the block, or do they add that in later? For example, if my guarantee is 25 rooms, then I have 5 extra rooms to get a total of 30 rooms that can be in the block. Do I have to allot all 30 rooms or do I only allot the 25 and then they add in the 5?

You allot all 30 rooms. Then you are guaranteed to give them the 25 nights. Make sure you include your free honeymoon night!

hmm did they send you an excel spreadsheet?

If they did on the bottom it tallys the rooms and then shows you with that amount of rooms your gaurantee is x amount. It does the 20% for you.
