Hello,
I'm just playing around with my wish book, and the room block builder. Just curious, I've done a rough estimate of what hotels and how many rooms in each over the time. Now a price has popped up in the bottom right hand corner. $197. Does that mean it's $197 a night for everyone? Or is it an average or what...??

My read into this (and I may be wrong) is that is the cost to "block" those rooms out. The cost of each room depends on the resort. I think...

There is no cost to block the rooms, fortunately!

Your Wedding Coordinator (the sales person who sent you the contract) should have sent you/will send you an Excel form to fill out your room block that has the prices for each hotel in it. Mine never even had me use the room-block builder in the Wish Book. It may work, but it sounds like it hasn't been unlocked or set up or whatever if it isn't giving you different prices for each hotel.

I haven't signed up to anything yet. My wedding will be years away, so I can afford it!!
I'm just playing at the moment - wasting time at work - I thought maybe it was a rough price of per night for each person...

Ah... the actual room block prices all depend on the room rates Disney sets each fall. So right now, only 2009 room prices are available. I'm not sure why they picked the amount you saw, but I'm pretty sure no one at DFTW is updating the Wishbook's room block form with room prices for five different pricing tiers at 20+ Disney resorts!
