Since you are now at the seven month mark for making your reservation, your chances of getting the necessary points should have improved tremendously. Before the seven month mark, David's and other rental companies had to have a PVB owner with enough points to book your dates. Now, at the seven month mark, any DVC owner with enough points can book your reservation. Surely, David's has a list of non-PVB owners who have the points ready to rent.

This is what scares me! David's said they do not have a DVC owner with those points but assured me owner join up every day. Should I try another company? I am afraid I will pay the deposit fee with these agency's and then then they both will find a seller but I am afraid to not make another reservation request and not get anything.

Sorry you aren't having luck right now, but it also explains some things for me. I had 256 points to rent out and I signed up with David's to do it. They were all gone with in a matter of hours between 2'different families wanting reservations for April. I actually had to borrow 4 points from 2016 to fulfill the last reservation. They have been awesome to deal with

We had the same thing happen with David's but they called the next day with everything set. I'd take a deep breath and give it a day or so.

Did it work out with you and Davids DVC? I tried to book poly for Oct 2016 through Poly and they told me that I might have to wait until the 7 month mark to get the room. Kinda sad and have to look towards plan B. Did it work out for you through Davids?
