We are going on a family vacation going home to BW in April. We arrive on Monday but my brother will be down staying somewhere else until we check in. Is it possible for him to go to BW and as in person about having a studio & a one bedroom next to each other? This is for medical reasons and is on my request but I was told that it is not guareteed so i was wondering if this would help. ANYONE?

A thought for next time (if there is one). Rather than reserving a seperate studio and a 1BR unit, just reserve a 2BR unit. All of the 2BR's at BW are lockoff units anyway, so you can still have the same privacy as if you'd done a studio and a 1BR.

In fact you might want to call MS and see if there are any 2BR's available and convert your ressie to a 2BR.

Beyond that, requests for medical reasons usually take the highest priority within the ordering. It certainly won't hurt for your brother to check-in at the front desk and re-ask that the request be satisfied; his name will probably need to be on the reservations though.

Thanks but we are on the waiting list for a two bedroom. The one bedroom & studio was the best I could get.
