Could someone please tell me if I have a regualr veranda or a Navigators Verandahs

Room 7128 has a Navigator's verandah. It's the furthest aft of the four Category 7 rooms on the port side on that deck.

We're booked in cat 5 rm 7118. Does anyone know any info about this part of the ship: noise, veranda, good location-bad location (although its too late now)

kelljacques - As Señor Ferrari said, 7128 is a Navigator's Verandah room. Yes, that is the verandah which is mostly enclosed except for a large porthole-shaped cutout.

MrsG - 7118 has a conventional verandah. Your railing has a few rails and it's lined with PlexiGlas so that you can see through the railing out to the sea even when you're seated inside your cabin. As for location... it's very convenient. As for noise... you should have no problems.

My parents stayed in 7129 last week and it was very noisy. The walls creaked around their bed and there were lots of grinding noises.
