Rookie DCL cruiser...Flight question

Just booked our first Disney Cruise..yay! It will me, DH and our 3 year old daughter. We are going the 4 night Very Merrytime Bahamian Cruise from PC.

I'm ready to book my flights, flying into MCO the day before we embark, and want to be sure that a return flight that departs MCO at 12:40pm is ok. What do you think? Will we be rushed?

The absolute latest you can be off the ship is 9am and they want you out of your cabin by 8am, so it's not like you can sleep in late (I'm sure with a 3 yr old, you don't get to sleep late anyway). It's about an hour to the airport, you should be fine. I think Disney recommends that you don't have a flight before noon. MCO can have very long security lines though.

Good time. You will have a long wait at the airport. You defintely won’t be rush. I make mine at 12:05 and always have a long wait.

You won't be rushed. You'll have no problem with that.

I think Disney recommends that you don't have a flight before noon.

Actually they recommend no flights before 11:30am.
