Ronto Wrap Sausage?

Any idea which sausage (widely sold) that is closest to that used in the Ronto Wrap?

We want to do the copycat recipe at home. What I found online says Portuguese linguica sausage, however that is a thicker sausage and that is not what it used in the Rontos at Disney.

Several sources I've seen say it's Hawaiian-made "Portuguese Sausage" -- not quite as traditional, apparently. Looking online for that, the ones I find look fairly small; 5 oz per sausage.

Some people like to use Andouille, apparently. It seems that the key is that it be a complexly-spiced sausage with a good snap to the skin.

The closest I have found when making my copycat version is the Conecuh Hickory smoked sausage. It has very good spices and snap in the casing. Its also just in general an excellent sausage.
