Can anyone recommend a romantic place for dinner other than the usual....Narcoossee's, Victoria & Albert's and such?

We like Artist Point. Wilderness Lodge also a wonderful place for a leisurely stroll both inside and out, both before and after dinner.
And, what a killer loss. That interference call that they called back was a joke...his arm was definetly pushing him out of bounds. But, Chad's call for a draw play on 3rd and 5 was an even worse call!
Oh well....gotta' bounce back against the Fish!
Have fun at your romantic dinner!

I agree with cd&kids about Artist's Point. I also would suggest Jiko, for wonderful food, service and low-key atmosphere. Some of the other great WDW restaurants (CG, Flying Fish) are loud, which is not so romantic IMHO. bluezoo might be another option for you. I have not eaten here, but the reviews have been good and I have seen the interior and the "blue" decor everywhere seems romantic to me. Palio, Yachtsman Steakhouse and Shula's also hold romantic possibilities.

We have our romantic dinners at our favorites...

Flying Fish, Jiko, Artist Point, Le Bistro...we also found the Afternoon Tea at GF to be very romantic.

Artist Point. Great food, nice wines, exceptional service, and a romantic locale. I would recommend, however, that you choose a later reservation time as that might reduce the number of folks against whom you'd compete for a window seat.
