Technically the rule is nothing pulled or towed. But they sell them in the parks.

Good God, can you imagine everyone having one of these. Complete gridlock! In most schools, due to hall crowding issues only disabled kids can have these. Same for Disney I imagine?

Nope, not allowed. Anything that is pulled behind you is not allowed.

I always understood the policy as no rolling behind you. Even when we fold the umbrella stroller, we push it in front of us. But this past month, folks had all kinds of rolling items pulling behind.

From Disney's website: "You may not bring the following types of items into the theme parks:
Wagons
Skateboards
Scooters
Inline skates
Shoes with built-in wheels
Strollers larger than 36" x 52" (92 x 132 cm)
Suitcases, coolers or backpacks with or without wheels larger than 24" (61 cm) long x 15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high. Coolers required for medication may be stored in a locker or at Guest Relations.
Any trailer-like object that is pushed or towed by an ECV, wheelchair or stroller
Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels and devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered or unoccupied. Training wheels or similar modifications are not permitted..."

Officially they are not allowed in the parks. I've occasionally seen people flouting the rule and apparently getting away with it. They really don't play well in crowds.

I wouldn't, but we saw several on our last few trips.

It's annoying enough pulling one through an airporprt; I can't imagine hassling with it in a theme park!

We were waiting for the bird show at AK when I heard a thunk, thunk down the steps. A woman was pulling her giant suitcase behind her. I was shocked they let her bring it through security.

I think Disney didn't mean to say:

But rather:

No suitcases (etc) with wheels of any size. Suitcases (etc) without wheels must be no larger than 24" x 15" x 18".

Because as I'm reading that, a wheeled suitcase smaller than 24" x 15" x 18" would be permitted.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to bring anything that big! What a PIA that would be.

Bring a backpack and a cheap stroller to put it in, no one will bat an eye.

I wouldn't do it but I'm sure there are people who have to lug around medical supplies that might. It's not very convenient to leave them at First Aid because then you to have to trudge all the way back there every time you need something.
