Rollerblading on the BW ?

Can you rollerblade on the BW or anywhere on the grounds of the BWI ?
 
I believe that WDW doesn't allow rollerblading on any of its resort properties. Can anyone confirm?
 
It's definitely not allowed in any of the parks - it's a safety hazard!
