Just wondering - who has what type of equipment for camping?

I'll go first:

2002 Jayco Kiwi 23B
2001 Ford F150 Supercrew

See our Kiwi here

Jerry in PA::MickeyMo

Well, we've just recently upgraded and this will be our first trip with the new setup. We have a 34' fifth wheel with 3 slides and we pull with a F350 dually. Here's hoping that we will be able to get into our site at FW.

We have a 2000 Winnebago Class C Minnie--a 31 footer with a slide-out.

And I REALLY wish it were parked at FW right now!!!

We have a 1996 SunnyBrook 30FK and we pull it with our 2001 F250 Crew Cab Long Bed 4X4 w/ 7.3 PowerStroke Diesel and 6 speed manual.

Well, I guess I'm the "little guy" here (no pun intended).

We have a 10 foot pop up (Coleman/Fleetwood Folding Trailer Santa Fe) pulled by a Extended Cab F-150.

We are currently looking at a 14 foot pop up and probably a new F-250/F-350.

02 GMC 2500HD Ext Cab 8.1 / Allison
01 Prowler (Puter) 31g W/Bunks
Hensley Arrow Hitch, Prodigy, McKesh

Always looking but we are happy at the moment

We have a 2000 Class-C Leprechaun.

Before that a Pop-up with a slide out.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Hmmm! Right now we have a Ford Expedition and a 22 foot Sunline. I too wish I was at Fort wilderness RIGHT NOW! Another twist, coming off of 95 how do you all handle the Orlando traffic?

34" 1997 Dol"PHIN" class A. What else would a dedicated Parrothead have? :p

97 jeep wrangler (toad)

35' Citation w/ slide
2001 Excursion
2001 F150 Supercrew

I handle it by staying on 95 past the I4 exit down to the Bee Line. You will come in to WDW south of Orlando.:earsboy:

2003 Dodge Ram 2500 w/ HEMI
2004 Trail Lite 8304 30’ with slide
Prodigy Brake Controller
Reese Dual Cam

I exit off of the FL Turnpike at exit 272 SR50 and I turn left on West Colonial drive. I then drive for 2.5 miles and turn right on 535. Drive for about 12 miles and turn right on Vista Blvd. Go thru the 4 way stop at Live Oak Rd. Then continue thru the red light at Bonnett Creek Pkwy. Continue a little further and you will come to the security gate right next to Ft Wilderness. Pass through this gate and immediately turn right into the Outpost Parking area.

You will find that after passing this security gate (it is no longer in use or occupied) you do not want to make and immedaite right into the outpost lot.

FW has divided this lot in half. If you make the immediate right, you will not be able to enter FW.

ALL FW traffic is now required to pass the FW Security checkpoint which is just in fron of the check in area.

It does slow down folks who are returning to their site as the guard has to verify the ID of anyone before they proceed to the check in lanes.

we are headed to Disney World in Febuary.. Our first time with the MH We have a 2001 Class C four Winds 5000. Taking the extented family. With 4 adults and 5 children ages 12-5. It will be a tight situation.. ..

We are traveling from Detroit michigan area..

Sorry I took so long to reply:rolleyes: We have never camped "on" Key West proper as you are pretty limited to Jabours or one other one I can't remember. But I do know that for us those campgrounds didn't look like places we would stay. Small sites ect. We have stayed in the KOA on Sugar Loaf and liked it a lot. There are many options all up and down the Keys that are reportedly very nice that will put you in rande of Key West.
