Landyards - i found some at Walmart for .97 they were with wallet inserts. I had never heard of them until the boards. I got one for all 7 of us.

So much to do, but I just can't seem to get going. I feel like I am in slow motion.

Patty, I saw some pretty cool lanyards at Highlands Ranch Walmart (so I would guess that they would have it at Colo. Springs as well) that were near the entrance, with the Colorado souvenir stuff. Postcards, hats, etc. There were lanyards with a chapstick connected to the end and also regular clips at the end. I thought the Colorado style would be cool to travel with, a good ice breaker(?), and had my kids not already had even cooler DCL ones from Aunt Sandy, I would have gotten some. I've read that you can get the waterproof card holder in the fishing dept. as they can be used to keep fishing licenses in.

Hello all! I'm finally here!!!!!!!!!! Back from a crazy day of shopping!! I'm pooped! Well, today wasn't a huge success, BUT I found a beautifaul formal dress for Makenzie it is black velvet top and a tulle white bottom. She looks so grown up in it. The "big guy" also got a tux outfit (minus the jacket) for formal night and a hawaiian shirt for tropical night. He also got another shirt and tie set too along with some short sets.

Garry still needs a pair of pants or two. Now as for my formal dress hunt.....................................................................I FOUND ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still need to look for a semi formal, but that isn't a big concern, if all else fails with that search, I can find something in my closet that might fit.

The formal dress is a long black velvet gown with rhinestones along the top of the dress and all down the back of the gown. Garry said he liked it on me and since he has all the fashion sense....hehehe! I just couldn't shop any more today! I HATE SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll check back with you all in a little while. I have to go and drink a couple of gallons of water!

Ok, is lime green real light like a minty green, or is it more like kelly green? I'm trying to make our ribbons and Garry told me the color green I have is worng. The green I got was more like the kelly green!

Lime green ... Remember when neon was all the rage? (in junior high???) well, it's that kind of green. The lighter part of those bullets at the top of this page is about right.

Oh Mom-Too Cool! I try to be creative but instead of turning out artistic my pages end up being a little avant garde! My friend laughs because hers all look the same and while pretty can be a little boring. Her daughter's are wonderful!

Julie-that dress sounds beautiful!!!! Makenzies dress sounds beautiful!!! Big Guy-soo handsome. Garry needs pants!! Yes envious of both Jerry and Garry. Maybe I should have married someone with double RR's when I was younger. Oh well. Live and learn.

Thought I'd add one more post before heading home. It's 7:30 here and I'm finally leaving work......it will be worth it next Saturday!

We have several lanyards from Disney. If you go at Christmas time and book a candlelight procession and dinner package, you got one with your reservation dinner time and show time with a christmas mickey pin. Also, since we have annual passes, we got a special annual passholder lanyard. So if anyone needs one for the cruise, just let me know! We have at least 4 to lend out for the cruise.
