I have to share in my excitement with you. Our dd, Heidi (the one still at home), has just been offered a job with the Federal Govt in Human Resources. That is her major. They are having her go get her Masters and that will take her about 1 year. She will be employed with them through that period. I am soooo excited---just think about her. Our prayers are that Stacey finds a job in her field, also. She is an accounting major.

Krista, Lori's eyes sparkled with her tiara. I thought that I better break her the news that they aren't real jewels. She handled it pretty well. Thank goodness for that waiter. He came around about that time.

Nothing new here...got a terrific Annual review at work so that should be good for a decent raise then another when I start my new position! They have yet to give me a date!!!! My manager is procrastinating on purpose! Darren will be on DCL before I start my new job and I don't even need a visa!

I had a great two days at work. The nicest patients, not too busy, no emergencies, etc. Tomorrow Joyce & I are going to visit Delores our Nurses Aide who is sick so no wine tasting for me.

I can't believe I have to tell you all this. I probably will not be a part of the chat after all. Looks like we are going to leave early in the morning for Charleston. The boys brought this up after Turner's hockey games tonight. They want to go to a hockey game there tomorrow night. I'll miss you all. Have a sip or two for me, somebody.

My good news today is that I was told I am getting a bonus!! I guess all that complaiing about how hard I've been working was for something after all!! I'm going to pay off the November cruise and start saving for the 2004 cruise. We may be joining you all after all.

Glad to see you all weren't too chatty.

I have had to simplify a bit, which means less computer time. I will not be on tonight. I havne't slept well in 2 nights and have to work again tomorrow.

It is miserable here today. Rain all day turning to snow tonight. 2-4" overnight, snow all day tomorrow and then a storm on Moanday. (That was a typo, but I'm leaving it).

We took Kaleigh to Sears last night for pictures. We never worked so hard for a meager smile!!!!!

Darren: Things sure are moving along for you!

Lori: Belated happy birthday!

Laurie: Have fun at your show. Jerry went to Catholic schools K-college.

I still need to look at the pictures that my friend sent, then I can e-mail them.

Ok, ok I'm back! Sorry that I haven't posted in three days. It is nice to be missed! I had a pampered chef party Tuesday night and another one last night so I was really busy with that stuff. I have been lurking though! I have been reading, but haven't had the time to post, sorry!

WAY TO GO DARREN! I am so happy for you! I too asked about you being able to receive regular mail on board too! I'm glad to hear that you can!

Wine party........well........... I will TRY to be there. Garry is working tonight and tries to nap before having to go to work (especially on the weekend when all **** breaks loose!) and our computers are in our bedrooms, SO I can't be on (obviously) when he is sleeping. I will be drinking wine though and thinking of all of you tonight!

Denine, it sounds like you have been having one heck of a time this weekend. I hope everything slows down for you soon. We NEED to pick a date and stick to it to get together! I miss you guys!

Went to breakfast afterwards at IHOP. Then stopped by K-mart since the one near us is closing. No real good bargains. Oh well.

ok, the nice little snow I was watching this morning is now coming down at more that 1" per hour. We have about 4" so far, and it is not supposed to stop until 10:00 AM!!

We took the jeep out for provisions and are now in for the remainder. I am sure I will check in from time to time.
