Darren I forgot to tell you that I am happy to hear that you still have employment over there...the vision of you begging in the streets with your Magic Soda Mug was not a pretty sight! I want to work for Mc D's!!!!

I can just see the reunion cruise in 2004...all of fighting over you as our server because surely you couldn't take care of all of us! Of course by then you will probably be a Head Server or working in Palo's!

I am happy to be back on the boards. My grandma's funeral was yesterday. Of course we woke up to about 5" of snow. The service was very nice. It was a long 2 days and I am glad it is over.

Back to fun stuff. I lost one of my favorite pins when we were in WDW. I was quite disappointed. I looked on ebay when we got home, but nobody was selling it. Well, Jerry was looking on Tuesday and found someone selling it. I put in my bid and won the auction. I should be getting it this weekend. I had to pay a little more than I payed for it originally, but I will be happy to have it in my collection again. I have never gotten anything off ebay before. This could be dangerous. She was also selling a pin to a collection that I only have half of.

Denine, happy that good luck came your way with your pin. I am sure you were heartbroken when you lost it. Do you guys ALWAYS get that much snow?????? You have to have mounds of snow piled everywhere from the snowplows!

I took a long way around but finally got on. I can't believe we are on the third page & I only caught up on the last two pages of reading. Bonnie & Sandy have tried to keep me updated.

Back to work tomorrow after a week off. Went to the Poconos in Pennsylvania & had a great time. We went tubing & skiing. Also did some outlet & flea market shopping.

CONGRATULATIONS DARREN! You're the man! We all knew you could do it. I know our vacations will be planned around where you end up working.

YES, we are still on for Saturday night wine (or whatever) tasting at 8:00. We'll chat and drink and whatever!! We may get into the upper 50s Saturday so I may have to switch off the Bailey's and hot chocolate and have wine, or something else to be determined before then!

Well Sandy finally let me get out of the attic. Had to complete one of my major honey do project that has been around for at least one year. Once Sandy got me up in the attic she took the ladder away until I told her I was done doing the rewire for the light in the hallway. Its amazing how much work is involved just to put up a different type of light. Felt like I lost about 10 pounds due to the heat from the warm weather and the light. Now it’s time for one of the boy friends to repair the damage I did to the ceiling. One advantage not mastering the dry walling skill.

Darren, that is great to hear that you got the job with Disney. I’m sure you are going to enjoy it immensely.

Jeanne, glad to hear you had a good time skiing. I don’t get up as much as I used to. Don’t worry about if broken bones will heal or not. Mine did both times when I broke my leg due to skiing. Never made me quit skiing although Sandy still gets nervous when I do go skiing.

Bonnie, glad to hear you had a good Presidents day week end. By the way did you ever get your ceiling painted? That might be something fun you and Glenn can do on one of those weekend.

Looks like you guys are gonna have to let Ted join you on the road trip so he can pull the 5th wheel and drive in the snow!!! I guess you can go through Wisconsin on the way to Ohio to pick up Denine's gang and Julie's gang, then up to Toronto to get Diana and her gang, back down to New Jersey to pick up the Dudettes, further down to pick me up and then we'll head over to Arkansas so Krista can prepare dinner for us!! By then, we can head south to the Port since Darren will probably be working on either the MAGIC or WONDER by then. Hey Darren , can you get us a "family" discount???

...and with that, I'll try to go back to sleep. Maybe I was asleep and that was just a dream. Maybe I am still dreaming and I never went on the 10/19/02 cruise and I didn't meet any of you. Maybe it is still 2001 and I am just planning my cruise vacation and I'm dreaming of magical friendships developing on vacation. Maybe I .....

Go to bed Susan! You are getting slap happy! I'm still up as you can see. I had a pampered chef tonight and I have been doing the paper and computer work so I haven't been able to get on to post until now. The show went well, EXCEPT the woman who was hosting the show failed to tell me that her oven runs EXTREMELY HOT(and I mean EXTREMELY HOT) and when I went to get my stone with the Pepperoni Twist (the goodie I demonstated) out of the oven..... MY STONE WAS IN THREE PIECES!!!!!!!!!! The twist was fine but the stone didn't make it! Oh well! She tells me after the fact that if her oven is set above 350 degrees, it over heats to about 475-500 degrees! I will just have to call the home office and tell them the situation and they will send me a new stone, thank goodness!

Well, I'm tired and need to go to bed, so I will check in later today! It is nice to see everyone checking in!

I hope Krista, Dave, and Clare have a great ski trip.
