Roles within a wedding

Hi guys,

A friend of mine is getting married and she was asking me about the different roles within a wedding. Obviously I could name the principal roles such as best man, chief bridesmaid, bridesmaids, page boy, flower girl etc but I couldnt think of the others.

Just wondering if anyone has a list of roles,

I am having all of my female cousins be "candlelighters" and "program attendants". You could also have a "guest book attendant".

We have asked my aunt and two of our cousins to be Readers at the ceremony instead of having our bridesmaids do the readings to include a couple more people we wanted to be involved.
