ROL plus FP for FOP (question on timing)

they just added ROL and slightly later hours for our AK day. ROL is at 7:45 and park closes at 8:30. I was able to snag an FOP FP for the 7:30-8:30pm slot (no more 6am wake up required). Will we have time to watch ROL and make it to FOP before the close of FP window (and park closure)?

Yes. We did this in August. You just have to hightail it out of the theater. We were lucky in that we were seated in the very last section of the FP section (we got there late). The view wasn't great, but we were able to exit quickly and hightail it over to Pandora.

We did this at the end of August. However, we were in the FP section for RoL, so not sure if distance is different than standby.

3 adults, 1 one with an ECV, made it to Pandora walking at a normal pace (not power walking or anything), with 15 min to spare.

Thank you so much for confirming this will work. I was so excited when I saw the FOP fastpasses for the end of the day. My brother will owe me at least one adult beverage for saving him from having to wake up early after his birthday. Then I saw they had added ROL and I was worried I would have to pick between the two.
I'm still trying for ROL FP as well but it doesn't look like those have been released yet (or they disappeared as fast as the new FOP ones). I have no idea what section we will be in, but we can try to be near an exit.

Thank you for posting this! I got one for 7-8 when they first extended the hours until 8, but I was really worried about riding and getting to Rivers of Light in time. I just switched it to one from 7:45-8:45. That will be perfect!
