ROL Dining package dinner times at Tiffins

What times are available for dinner at Tiffins usually for the ROL package? Are there blackout times? Is it like the fantasmic pacakge where I'm forced to have dinner at 4:30 or is it available 6:30-8pm?

I'm going at the end of August and AK just changed from a 7pm close to a 9:30pm close. Clearly, they will be scheduling ROL. I want to make a reservation with the dining package for Tiffins once they become available but I want to make it as late as possible.

They are requiring that your ADR be 3.5 hours pre ROL. So the available times will vary but will be early

We went a few weeks ago and for a 7 or 7:15 ROL show the latest reservation I was able to get was 3:15 (they were backed up when we arrived so we probably waited 15 or so minutes to be seated). I booked right when the opening of the dining packages was announced for the opening of the ROL show itself so I don't think that there could have been that much more available. When ROL shows twice or later, hopefully there will be more of a dinner timed reservation option, it worked out fine though.
