Right of First Refusal. When a DVC contract goes through re-sale and a price is agreed upon, it goes to Disney so they can take it at that price if they want.

Right of First Refusal. On all resale contracts, the seller and buyer make a deal and then that resale contract is submitted to Disney for their review. They have the option of purchasing the contract themselves for the same terms, which of course works the same for the seller, but not for the buyer. The buyer then has to start all over.
