Just wondering about re-sales....we are in the process of waiting to see what Disney does and I'm wondering if they truly take the full 30 days to review? Sometimes does it take less time? Any info would be great!!!

bongo said yesterday that it should be taking 15 business days this month. We're also waiting. Our papers went to Disney 12/30. When did yours?

Pixie Dust!

Bobbi :wizard:

Jason from the TTS told me 17 days as of yesterday!

Good Luck to all of us ROFRites!

When they did mine (several years ago) they let their option expire - i.e. they didn't claim it within 30 days. So it took all 30.

We purchased two different contracts last fall. Both times we were passed on rofr within a week.

Good luck.

Our papers haven't made it to Disney yet. They just got our deposit check today and are waiting on some documents from the seller. *sigh* It's going to be very tense the next few weeks waiting! I'm not a very patient person when it comes to stuff like this. I just pray it goes through because I know I will be SO disappointed if it doesn't.

We heard last night that we passed ROFR on our OKW sale and it only took 1 week from them receiving our deposit check :)

That doesn't sound like Disney. I bet they sent the waiver directly to the seller in a timely manner who either didn't get it or didn't say anything. They don't usually notify the broker at all but leave it up to the seller.

If you don't mind sharing could you tell me the terms of your purchase? Thanks.
