I am really confused why Disney chooses to ROFR some contracts but not others. I am also really confused about how there are a lot of contracts that are getting passed or snapped up in under a week and other are taking much longer.
We fully expect to have Disney snap up the 300 point week we are trying to buy at slightly below market. At which point we will just move on to our next contract. Odd thing is why the wait. They know who is on their waiting lists and what they want. They also know what the current market is. Why does this take so long?
Just out of curiosity. Has anyine ever heard of Disney not making a decision with in the 30 day window?
