Wow, that broker missed some commission - must not be familiar with DVC resales. Or they’re an upfront fee listing company that collects $$ from the seller before even doing anything.

Another data point…For our second of three VDH 50-point contracts for sale.

Seller---$178-$8900-50-VDH-JUN-0/23, 12/24, 0/25, 50/26-seller pays MF ’25- sent 12/21

It was initially listed at $183, but a clerical error by dvcresalemarket.com led me to bring it down to $178 (same list price as the final contract that is completely stripped). No biggie.

For those curious (still not a local… @AstroBlasters ), buyer is female, only signer, and a west-coaster this time …but a 2+hr flight to anaheim.

As someone who just realized earlier this evening that VGC studios are currently unavailable at 11mo, I support the fixed week only plan…I wish I had done it with my direct points, but I don’t regret it enough to spend another $60-100 per point selling my existing direct contracts and buying new ones.

Good luck getting any direct VGC points these days. I don't think that they ever offered FWs at VGC, but they do offer them for VDH. I'm glad that I have my 2 FWs at RIV.

When I booked my upcoming October trip at VGC, I missed booking it exactly at 11 months, and the walkers had the first day. I had to pick up the pieces as walkers moved along. Fortunately they did, and I was able to grab the VGC dates I needed so I can do a coast-to-coast trip between my RIV FW and VGC.

But i would get a FW49 for staff and colleagues to share (you get two nights, then you get one night, [mousekeeping], then they get two nights, and you get the last two nights).

Please clean up after yourself and change the sheets.

Then a FW50 2-BR for my family (because a man can dream).

Even though I generally wouldn’t use a whole week (and frankly can’t afford a whole week at VGC ) I would still prefer to have a room booked by default instead of being at the mercy of whatever system is in place 2, 5, 10 years from now…

We are Saturday to Saturday people (and can’t wrap our heads around Sunday to Sunday) and now that we can book VGC at 11 months, I see us doing a week 2 out every 3 years.
