I was surprised it was still there when I put in an offer Sunday morning. I did the full price offer since I wanted it so bad for my 50th birthday trip. Happy birthday to me!I bid on this one Friday night. Great buy! Congrats![]()

Definitely not overpaying for the fixed week. Nice buy on a sold out resort!CanadianDVC2024---$174-$29629-158-VGF Fixed Week-Feb-0/23, 0/24, 158/25, 158/26-Fixed Week 47- sent 11/19
Definitely feel like we overpaid but we wanted the Fixed Week 47 and it doesn’t have the 10% premium that current fixed weeks have.
Based on recent ROFR times, and especially post closing load times, I think it’s virtually impossible that those points will load before the 7m window for late May. Not to be too much of a downer, but I would not anticipate having home resort priority with them before end of June, and that could be a stretch if your seller is slow returning paperwork.
I love it when a plan comes into place! Happy for you...congrats!The impossible happened! We got our account set up yesterday and after a chat with customer service we got our points loaded today. Trip for May is booked - Riviera 6 nights in a 1 bedroom preferred view

Awesome, super happy for you! My pessimism was based on my own awful (recent!) experience which led to 88 lost points, but I would never want others to suffer a slow close and load just because I did.The impossible happened! All of mine have been painfully long also except 1. Interestingly the 1 that was a decent timeframe was Florida, all the rest were West Coast properties.Awesome, super happy for you! Hmm, my one slow sad story also occurred at VGC, the FL ones were faster (also a different broker and escrow company). All of mine have been painfully long also except 1. Interestingly the 1 that was a decent timeframe was Florida, all the rest were West Coast properties.
This is…risky business but I hope it goes through!ehh---$157-$8529-50-VGF-Jun-0/23, 50/24, 100/25, 50/26-Seller pays 2024 MF- sent 11/22
Pretty happy about getting a small contract VGF for the $/pt of a mid-sized contract, and fully loaded on top of that. It's below www.dvcresalemarket.com's "Instant Sale" price, too.
Hopefully ROFR doesn't like it as much as I do.
