Based on recent ROFR times, and especially post closing load times, I think it’s virtually impossible that those points will load before the 7m window for late May. Not to be too much of a downer, but I would not anticipate having home resort priority with them before end of June, and that could be a stretch if your seller is slow returning paperwork.

The impossible happened! We got our account set up yesterday and after a chat with customer service we got our points loaded today. Trip for May is booked - Riviera 6 nights in a 1 bedroom preferred view

Awesome, super happy for you! My pessimism was based on my own awful (recent!) experience which led to 88 lost points, but I would never want others to suffer a slow close and load just because I did.

All of mine have been painfully long also except 1. Interestingly the 1 that was a decent timeframe was Florida, all the rest were West Coast properties.

Hmm, my one slow sad story also occurred at VGC, the FL ones were faster (also a different broker and escrow company).
