Has anyone done an average points sold vs points ROFR for each resort? I would imagine there's a capacity limit that is also included.

There are too many variables to really project with high probability, but I wouldn't mind doing the work if someone has the data I need to build a projection model.

Just for reference: I purchased my first resale contract a little while back. We closed 10/4, got a membership id 10/21 and had the points loaded 6 days later on 10/27.
