There were a few that heard back last week who submitted in early Oct. Go to page 18 on the string. I'm still waiting on a submission from Oct 3rd (International). Seems a bit stop and go at the moment.

Still waiting on mine, as well. It was submitted 10/14, but I’m antsy given this is my first attempt for my first contract. I don’t think I will be too heartbroken if they take it, as I’m thinking I actually probably need a bigger contract.

I just wish the process didn’t take so long for ROFR, so we could move on with our lives.

I’m in the same boat. Submitted late in the day 10/12 for my first attempt at my first contract. I can’t think about anything else it’s excruciating!!

My guess is most owners have a threshold and are unwilling to sell below a certain point. I certainly wouldn't.

What’s the earliest anyone has heard back from ROFR? 2 weeks?

I heard back in 13 days that we passed in September. I have never heard of anything like that. Sorry- I’m playing catch up!

I should also say that we have a delayed closing and I feel like that might have something to do with it. Our closing will be in May- hopefully!

ROFR seems so slow right now compared to September when you were seeing them reply sometimes under 3 weeks.
