Thanks! The crazy thing is I haven’t ever even negotiated on the prices, just offered full asking and one I offered $5 over asking because I was gun shy from the first one getting taken and wanted to make Disney pay more to take it from me. Still didn’t work.

In the same boat - but I really wouldn't worry about your contracts. If they're going to take VGF, they'll take mine over yours... :-\

I saw that - what a bummer.

But I also saw double points in 2017 - probably didn't help. Mine has no points coming until August and I'm still concerned. It's a different world of ROFR, it seems.

I know. I actually changed my strategy after Disney took my second contract (which I unsuccessfully paid $5 over asking in an attempt to get through ROFR) to start looking for contracts that didn’t have current points hoping that would help get through. If this one doesn’t get through, I might start looking for one with no points until 2019.
