As with many people, I was trying to determine why certain ones pass and others don't. The only thing I felt I had going, was the price per point. The number of banked points really worried me though.

We did put an offer in on another BW contract 200 points, $99, loaded and seller pays 2016 MF. Interestingly enough, same seller.

So apparently my contract wasn't sent over when they said they sent it. The seller had two exact contracts for sale to be sent to ROFR. But only one was sent and not ours.
