I was a little worried about this only because I saw on facebook that someone had put in a request for HHI direct points and I hadn't seen any contracts bought back that would have fulfilled her request. Luckily, it's not going to be my contract.

I'm a DVC newbie, still waiting on ROFR with about a week to go based on the dates I have been seeing. My question, based on a post someone made earlier, if Disney is going to opt to use their ROFR, does that usually happen sooner in the waiting period? The one I saw, Disney was opting to buy back about a week after it was sent. Just trying to see if the longer you are waiting, does that mean the better the chance it is going to be accepted. Or is there no rhyme or reason?

After a few more resale restricted resorts go up at WDW , Disney can stop building new buildings and "value add" via ROFR for the next 50 years. Money printing machine.
