Thanks. This is my 1st DVC contract and actually, I’d like to transfer all 616 points from 2025 to reduce the purchase price.

They made you pay Annual Dues on banked 2025 points to 2026? ...if so, I would recommend maybe backing out of the deal and telling Seller to absorb that.
