I did the same in an Aul-s and I was able to catch the broker and say I changed my mind before they accepted another offer. We are currently in the closing process.

If it's still hugely in your favour, go back to them and say you'll take it. No sense turning down a great deal in the hopes of winning the DVC deal competition

Also an interesting tidbit you may have known already, that was not the original list price, they raised it. It started $5 lower.

Yea, id go back, & counter offer again a more reasonable number... he might be hoping they cave after a week. It happens, but i wouldn't risk losing one i really wanted over a couple dollars.
