I assume Disney only notifies during the week. I suppose you could have a broker who gets the notice on Friday not notify the buyer until Saturday, but I would think that would be unusual.

I am curious how many they have in review at any one time. And if there is any pattern, such as Resort A reviewed on Monday, Resort B on Thursday, etc. So if you miss submitting for your resort's day, you have to wait until the cycle repeats.

I passed ROFR.. HORRAY!

Disney's Beach Club Villas Resort 275 points at $115 per point with 44 points from 2015, 275 points form 2016 (which have been banked into 2017) and 275 points for 2017. Buyer to pay $715 closing costs. Seller to pay 2016 maintenance fees and all transfer fees. It was sent in on August 26, 2016 and it passed on September 9, 2016--10 business days!!

Quick question all...hope this is the right place to ask...if I pass ROFR for Beach Club and am looking to use points to book a vacation in April 2017 what realistically can I hope for in the way of availability booking in say late November 2016 for the April 2017 trip. I assume BCV will be tough without being on a waiting list.

Perhaps but a wait list has a reasonable chance 5 months out. It's worth a shot!

I should mention, we just returned from a week in a 1BR that I only hooked end of last May. Don't be afraid to stalk the member website. I logged in 3-5 times a day and picked up a day here and there and finally had 7 consecutive days after a few weeks. (plus, the hunt is half the fun!)
