Got an email today, 9/6, saying that we PASSED!
"Congratulations! Disney waived ROFR on your contract and so it will now go to the title company for closing."

My last one took three weeks and the first contract took four weeks. Don't lose hope I don't think the timeframe means anything.

We've had 2 contracts taken back already both on Day 18...we are approaching Day 18 with this one on Thursday. So I think my anxiety will lessen, if we make it past that.

Sharing the same feelings as both of you. I'm checking every day.....actually multiple times every day. Similar contracts submitted around the same timeframe as mine have already heard something. Waiting anxiously at this point....lol

I'm doing the same. I only submitted on Aug 29th but I'm still checking my email every few minutes on my phone while I'm at work. I saw some people get news about 8 days later so you never know but I'm expecting it to be about 3 weeks, so maybe 2 more to go. Hopefully it's a yes, then I don't mind the wait LOL
