I haven't checked resale prices for a couple years until today. I was surprised to see that CCV is now ranked 3rd highest for FL resorts behind Polynesian and GF. IIRC a couple years ago BCV and AKV had a higher price per point. Maybe I'm wrong.
Are we starting to see effects of resorts with later expiration priced in?

I think it’s a combination of very favorable point chart and long expiration dates, as well as reasonable dues. I am also not certain it’s consistently higher than BCV, I would put them at neck and neck.

Also resale restrictions on RIV and Cabins make those less desirable.

And, personally, I think the MK resorts are getting more interest now because the some of the biggest future additions are going into that park.
 
Not ROFR related exactly but I know this thread is super active. I am at a loss as to what to do here. Title co said they sent deed to Disney last month and they emailed me proof that they did it. Disney says they have gotten nothing. Title says Disney issue. Disney says title issue. Both just telling me to call the other. Right now I would never buy resale again and Disney not helping me further and just saying I cant talk to anyone at Member Admin has me wanting to sell it all and be done. Any advice? Has anyone had this happen?

I haven’t but I would call title and request they call Disney with you on a three way call. Or get their tracking numbers from title to ensure the documents were received. Have them send again if they need. Ask to speak with a manager. Somebody has to know something and how to fix it.

Call your Guide. Let them know what’s happened. Tell them you won’t ever add any more direct points unless this gets solved. Ask them who you need to speak with. This is a situation where you are going to need to be the squeaky wheel unfortunately.

I am still within my 10 recision for the Grand Californian points. I’d be sad to let them go but I’d do it to make a point for sure. I know they’d sell them in a minute I let them go but still..

Can you forward disney email to title company so they see they didn't receive it?

Yes. But title showed me proof that Disney received the wired funds so we know Disney received something. Just rather frustrating that MA is this elusive dept you can’t speak to and you have to rely on a middle man.

Hmm according to this, you can actually call to talk to member administration https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/faq/contracts-deeds/contact - I'm not clear if you meant you already tried and they won't talk to you.

Also, I am not clear exactly what stage this is at. Is your title company able to provide proof to you that your deed has been properly recorded in the Hawaii bureau of conveyances? I know this is a different topic here but it seems that the title company should be able to send that recorded deed to DVC. https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/faq/contracts-deeds/change-name
